About this site

This is a site to support learning, particularly for those pursuing or supervising (post)graduate research and related teaching activities.

Joining the site

If you wish to sign up for this site please note that membership is moderated. Normally, we will only approve membership for those that we have invited to join the site. If you have been invited, once you have negotiated the various levels of spam protection and registered to join the site, there will be a delay of between a few hours and a few days before an administrator will get to review your registration and approve or disapprove it. If you think that you should have received approval but none is forthcoming after a few days, please mail the person who invited you, asking to be let in.
